Storyline:
Aditya is a rich industrialist, who is now a broken man. His inherited empire is hollow and he is defeated. The girl he loves is getting married. He drifted, out of the gathering, the city, and found himself on a train, bounding away into the night.
Geeta
(Kareena) is a young girl. Leaving Bombay to elope with her boy friend. She is full of life and plans and talk.

The two meet – Aditya
(Shahid) and Geeta(Kareena). She irritates him to the point of leaving the train. They are stranded on a desolate station. Without luggage or money. And begins the journey in which this odd couple will make it’s way to her house in
Ambala. They reach Ambala through highs and lows. Only to be mistaken as lovers by the family. She runs away from the house to go to the man of her dreams and he decides to help her reach
Manali.

By Manali, he has begun to see her in a different way. Than with the sudden change in circumstances he realize later that Geeta boyfriend had not accepted her and she was missing now. Her family traces him to get her back.
