ASA, a corporate group into steel and coal industry is making their foray into a film production. With this film, Manoj
Tyagi, turns director. According to the director, 'Mumbai Salsa' is a feel good movie based on eight main protagonists. It will make you laugh and at times will give you a lump in the throat, now and then. The film takes a tragic-comedy look at the dysfunctional relationships in a metro in a funny kind of a way and how everybody is looking for love. It is a first film under a new banner with a new director and a fresh cast, but backed by an experienced producer.

| “I always wanted to direct films. Since I could not start with being an assistant director I took the other route of being a writer because that is the core of any film,” said
Tyagi.

“I don't want to give him reasons to complain like I've had,” said director Vikram
Bhatt.
As far as the first-time director Tyagi is concerned, he doesn't plan to give up on his writing career just yet.
“I have lots and lots of stories. I'll keep writing and sharing instead of letting them rot in my laptop,” he said.
The film music was launched recently in a glittering ceremony in Mumbai amidst the entire cast and crew.
