Produced-directed by Ajay Devgan, the romantic film stars Ajay Devgan and Kajol in the lead along with Sumeet Raghvan, Karan Khanna and Isha Sharvani. Written by Robin Bhatt, Sutanu Gupta and Akash Khurana, the film has dialogues by Ashwani Dheer, music by Vishal Bharadwaj. The co-producer of the film is Kumar Mangat and the line producer is Vikrant Sharma.

The first time 'Pia' saw 'Ajay', he had too much to drink. She watched him make a fool of himself, and was relieved when he passed out. She was a woman who followed her heart, but despite his claims of true love, she had made up her mind.

Ajay falls in love with the Pia’ but the lady is not interested in the proposals made by the man. Pia thinks that Ajay is proposing her because he is drunk and she simply rejects the proposals.
