However, their quest for the roof takes a different toll when they come across a crazy landlord Ballu and his hilarious wife played by Johny Lever and Delnaaz Paul, who has a condition that they will rent their house only to married couple. 

PAYING GUEST also stars Celina Jaitly, Neha Dhupia, Riya Sen, Sayali Bhagat, Chunky Pandey, Asrani and Paintal. Sajid Wajid has scored the music. This laugh riot is written and directed by Paritosh Painter, with cinematographer P Selva Kumar. 

Riya Sen and Celina Jaitley who were seen together in Mukta Arts’ Apna Sapna Money Money will once again be sharing screen space in Paying Guest. Dressed as cute school going girls, Riya and Celina surely seem to be having a blast.

Ashish Chowdhry and Neha Dhupia are paired opposite each other in this flick. While Ashish’s comic timing is spot- on, one will have to wait and watch if Neha is able to compliment him scene by scene.

It will be indeed interesting to watch the super talented Johnny as a crazy Sardar landlord Ballu who is ready to give shelter to the quartet but on one condition….’No singles allowed’.

Ashish and Javed earlier worked in Dhamaal and brought the house down with their antics. Now with Shreyas and Vatsal joining the gang expect the gags to get funnier this time around.

Synopsis: 
What happens when four young fun loving boys [SHREYAS TALPADE, JAAVED JAFFREY, AASHISH CHOWDHARY and VATSAL SHETH] begin a crazy house hunt which takes them through a series of ultra comical hurdles in a bid to find that one roof that can tolerate and shelter their combined problems?

In the search for a new accommodation, these crazy friends manage to convince their crazier landlord Ballu played by JOHNNY LEVER to keep them as paying guests but, Ballu has one condition i.e. he wants only couples.

They give in to his condition but how - they are all bachelors! Who will play wives? 

The new drama triggers a series of confusions that builds into the rich complexities of mistaken identities and a climax of comic wizardries.
