A unit member says, “Abhishek has earlier shot for Drona in Bikaner and other parts of Rajasthan. He is quite familiar with the place.”

But it was totally a different story when Ash recently visited hubby Abhishek on the sets of his next release Drona in Rajasthan. An onlooker says that Ash seemed to have eyes only for her hubby and ignored the rest of the crew during her visits.

A few months away of completing a year of marital bliss, Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan just can’t seem to stay away from one another. Ash and Abhi was all lovey dovey. Ash would drop in to see the filming and would ensure that Abhi was eating properly and overlooked all his meal. She had her eyes only for him literally. She ignored everyone including Priyanka Chopra. “You could feel the cold vibes and the tension on the sets whenever Ash arrived,” says the source.

The source adds that after having exchanged basic pleasantries on arriving on the sets Ash would be seen mingling with Abhi and Drona director Goldie Behl who is a friend of the Bachchan family. Goldie’s wife actress Sonali Bendre also flew to Rajasthan for a few days recently and Ash was very happy to talk and have a laugh with Sonali but when it came to Priyanka it was a different story.

“Abhishek and Priyanka get along very well with one another. They share a very good working relationship but whenever Ash was around it was a very different scene. Ash made no attempt whatsoever to even start a conversation with Priyanka she thoroughly ignored her. And this was not the first time. Even earlier on the other sets of Drona Ash dropped in often but she was never seen making any kind of small talk with Priyanka,” says the source.

This is not the first time that Ash has been in the news for ignoring Abhishek’s co-stars. During the filming of Laaga Chunari Mein Daag, there were rumors of Ash poking fun at her hubby’s co-star Rani Mukherji. But what one can’t help but note is that the two actresses that the protective wife seems to be having a problem with are believed to have been more than just good friends of hubby Abhishek Bachchan!

And here’s some more on Ash. It seems that father-in-law, Amitabh Bachchan is planning to open a school for girls named after bahu in the Daulatpur village of Uttar Pradesh. He began toying with the idea soon after Abhishek got engaged to her and decided to go ahead with his plans once they were married.
