She is also cast in a special appearance in Sohail Khan’s home production Hello and Subhash Ghai’s Main Yuvraaj Hoon. Just chill, chill, just chill was her mantra to stardom and she is yet to acknowledge that she is Salman’s love interest.

Sallubhai has been recommending this beautiful girl to his producer friends and she has already been signed for Sohail Khan’s upcoming production ‘Main Aur Mrs Khanna.’ The movie is a big budget flick and features Salman Khan in the main lead, besides having Kareena Kapoor in another leading role.

The buzz doing the rounds in the industry is that Salman Khan developed a soft corner for this pretty lass after his reported fight and rift with girlfriend Katrina Kaif. Since the time Sallubhai met this sexy girl in one of his shows, she has been constantly in touch with him but the relationship became special only recently.

Now it has reached to the point when Mahek accompanies the brawny actor during his outdoor shoots and on other occasions and both have fun. The insiders say that Mahek Chahal has been in the industry for a long time but could not make her mark in the tinsel town. Originally, she was to be launched by Abbas Mustan in ‘Ajnabee’ but somehow things did not work out and they had replaced her with Bipasha Basu. Finally, Nitin Manmohan in ‘Nayee Padosan’ launched her in year 2003 but the movie bombed at the box office and her bollywood career could not get a head start. But this time Mahek seems to be playing her cards right by choosing Sallubhai as her mentor.
