Billoo Barber, which has the same story as Rajinikanth's Kuselan, is based on two friends – one a superstar and the other a barber in a village. It has Shah Rukh and Irrfan Khan in the lead. While Deepika Padukone and Kareena Kapoor romance SRK on screen, Lara Dutta plays Irrfan's wife. Billo has one item song featuring Kareena and Shah Rukh. The film is being produced under Shah Rukh's banner Red Chillies Entertainment and directed by Priyadarshan.

Dostana is also based on two friends, played by Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham. Priyanka Chopra and Bobby Deol are also a part of the lead star cast. The film has Shilpa Shetty's item number on Miami's beaches along with John and Abhishek. Dostana is being produced under the Dharma Productions banner and directed by his assistant Tarun Mansukhani. Industry insiders insist it’s because of Big B and SRK cold war that this situation has come up. Shahrukh wants to give tough fight to Dostana at box office which stars Abhishek in lead role to get back at Bachchans, for that he is ready to have face off with his best buddy KJO who always stood by SRK in tough times.

SRK is known for his shrewd business sense and is known to keep business and friendship apart very recently he also had a face off with Salman Khan at Katrina’s birthday party and since than Sallu is bracketing him with Vivek Oberoi, and seems determined to take his spat with Shah Rukh Khan to another level by cultivating people who are not in the good books of Badshah and Shirish Kunder, Farah Khan’s husband, is one of those estranged friends of Shah Rukh with whom Sallubhai has started bonding big time after the infamous jhagda at the party. Nowadays, Shirish Kunder is often spotted at Salman Khan’s residence and they keep discussing till late in the night.

The buzz doing the rounds in the industry is that Salman Khan has offered Shirish Kunder a big budget flick for direction and they are seriously discussing the other modalities of the project. The idea of the film came from Sallubhai, and probably, he will also be producing it, besides playing the main lead.

The sources reveal that it will be a stylish action film like those of being made in Hollywood with James Bond in the lead. The film will not only have the lavish sets and extravagant budget but also technicians from Hollywood. It will be an action thriller aimed at the Indian as well as international audience.

Shirish Kunder is already nursing a grudge against Shah Rukh for refusing to act in his film ‘Joker’, which he had earlier promised to do. In fact, Shah Rukh Khan had not only promised to act in the film, but also to produce it through his production company. However, there was some disagreement over the script and he decided to dump Shirish’s project. Salman Khan already knew of this tiff between Shirish Kunder and Shah Rukh and it seems that now he is taking advantage of it by cultivating Shirish. Perhaps, thereby, proving the truth of the adage that ‘enemy’s enemy is your friend’.

Now with Karan Johar and Shahrukh Khan battling out against each other at box office perhaps the demarcation line between SRK camp and others is becoming clearer with every passing day but if SRK losses out on Karan it will his loss solely, as in industry friends like him comes across once in lifetime hope King Khan learn his lesson fast and stop making enemies.
