Sources say that Priyanka Chopra resorted to Internet to chat with Shahid after going to the US for shooting of Ashutosh Gowarikar’s upcoming film ‘What Is Your Rashee??’ Priyanka Chopra stars in the film with her ex-beau Hurman Baweja, with whom she was in a relationship for four years but never admitted it openly.

The sources close to Priyanka Chopra say that the hot beauty is addicted to the social networking site and uses it for connecting with friend’s worldwide. But, Shahid Kapur never had the habit of using the net so much before Priyanka came into her life.

It was Priyanka Chopra, who convinced Shahid to use the networking site more frequently as everybody in the bollywood was doing so. Now, Shahid have become regular and frequently communicates with friends and PC through the website.

Earlier, when Priyanka Chopra was in India, she never hesitated in going to Shahid Kapur’s place and was very open about her friendship. In fact, they were often seen going to shooting sites in the same car, while Priyanka’s car trailing behind. This was also due to their staying in the same building in Versova.

It may be recalled that Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapur came close to each other during the shooting of Vishal Bhardwaj’s upcoming film ‘Kaminay.’ Shahid and Priyanka are romantically involved in the film, which has Shahid Kapur in a completely different hairstyle and look. Priyanka didn't admit to being in a relationship with Hurman for the four years they were together, so no one is expecting her to admit that there's something developing between her and her Kaminey co-star Shahid Kapoor.

Earlier, Shahid was involved with Kareena Kapoor for almost four years but things did not work out and they drifted apart. While Kareena chose to go to Saif Ali Khan soon after her break up, Shahid Kapur has remained single since then. Though, Shahid’s name has been linked with Sania, Vidya Balan etc but nothing serious came out of these relationships.

In fact, Priyanka and Shahid have been posting flirty messages as well. Says a common friend, "They keep writing on each other's walls, commenting on each other's status messages and poking each other.

PC has given Shahid a new nickname, "Shahid is called Sha-Sha by his close friends, but Priyanka calls him Shaks. In fact, she has addressed him as Shaks in most of her messages." And he calls her Peefee. Sweet!
