in a relationship “Single. I choose to say that at this point, in our industry anyone who admits to a relationship gets into a loop. I’m not comfortable talking about my personal life since there’s already been so much intense speculation. You have to be responsible about what the ‘other’ person wants. When two people are in a relationship, you have to take the other person’s feelings into consideration. I may want to speak about a relationship, but I won’t if the person I’m in a relationship with is not comfortable with me talking about him. I would love to tell my fans that I’m in love and in a relationship but I don’t think the time is right yet.”
What went wrong between Bachchan Jr and her “You may be deluded and think you are friends but maybe the friendship was only restricted to being co-stars on the sets. It doesn’t matter. The truth is that if a person chooses not to invite you to their wedding, you realise where you stand with the person. It became very clear and evident that we were only co-actors and not friends. Would she have a live-in relationship or marriage is important for her “If you want to have kids in our country, you need to marry and I want kids. It would be abnormal as a woman not to have kids. It’s a cycle that I have to complete. The next step in my life would be marriage. I sure hope God doesn’t make me spend the rest of my life as a spinster. It’s important for me to marry the man I love. Marriage is not an overrated institution but it’s fast going to extinct and I need to get married before that happens.”
No love lost between you and your cousin Kajol “I am often asked why she doesn’t like me as much as I like her, well I have no idea. She’s five years older than me, she's closer to my brother's age. I respect her. She is an outstanding performer I loved her in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge she cries so beautifully on screen.”
Working again with Aamir Khan how does it feel “Suddenly I feel like a newcomer again. Aamir and Shahrukh (Khan) are my most favorite co-stars. They worked with me when I was a newcomer and I have learnt a lot from them professionally as well as personally. I can do anything for them.”
With respect to working with Kareena again she says “I am looking forward to this film. Both Kareena and me will learn from Aamir. Bebo and I worked in the film MUJHSE DOSTI KAROGE about eight years back. And now we are back together so it is very exciting. We met recently and are really happy about the fact that we both are in the film.'’
