Mani Shankar returns with a thriller about a government spy (Sammir Dattani) who changes identity to infiltrate terrorism. With a strong cast and script producer Sudhish Rambhotla has the formula right.

In an unusual business proposition to pull crowds to the action thriller Mukhbir, starring Suneil Shetty, Sameer Dattani and Om Puri to be released soon, the producers promise to return the ticket price to movie goers who do not like the film.
Producers say it is not a marketing stunt, they say the movie premiered at the Osian festival and was well received, and they are confident the unique storyline will make the film a success.
If viewers like the movie and still claim a refund, producers say since it is a new concept they must trust the consumer's integrity. The only limitation is that the first 5000 claimants will get refunds and the offer is valid only for the first week of release.
Mani Shankar wrote and directed the movie.
