| Scandalizing it is to know that the lady who began her career with 17 smooch scenes in one movie and unexpected bold scenes in another one. This voluptuous beauty who stands in need of no introduction in the Indian film industry has recently told presspersons that she has not lost her virginity till date. |
|
|
|
However she has no issues in losing it before tying the nuptial bond. According to Mallika"To be honest I am still a virgin because I have not found the right person to get into a relationship. But personally I find the idea of a girl preserving her virginity for her husband quite outdated and repulsive. It is this kind of societal repression that is driving the youth to frustration and giving rise to crimes against women. The need for sex is natural and the more
you seek to curb it, the stronger will be the backlash."

| Despite of being born in a very conservative and orthodox family, since childhood Mallika dreamt of making it to the glamour world. Acquiring success would have been quite difficult and late if Mallika Sherawat had not stooped to immense skin show in the movies. So desperate to make it to the showbiz that she did not only ignore what her father wanted her to do but also stepped out of her marriage with Jet Airways pilot, Captain Karan Singh Gill.

Controversies never seem to let go of Bollywood siren the bombshell recently hit the headlines again for charging over Rs 50 lakh for nearly an hour-long performance on New Year’s eve at a Mumbai hotel and has now an obscenity case slapped against her. Even though her fans found Mallika Sherawat’s New Year performance damp squib, the sexy siren’s revealing clothes and provocative dance has irked few people.
On New Year’s Eve she performed on stage at Mumbai’s J W Marriott hotel. With a small troupe of dancers,Mallika stepped on stage dressed in a tiny silver top and skin-colour pants that gave the impression of nudity. Although Mallika was supposed to perform for 45 minutes, but she staged a walk-out in the middle of her sizzling performance for what she termed as breach of contract by the organisers.
Event organiser Ali Morani, who got Mallika the lucrative deal, feigns ignorance at what transpired in the glam-studded night. "Yes, I got Mallika the deal. But beyond that I really don't know what happened," Morani.
|
|
| However, a source close to Mallika has the entire
story:
It was a clear breach of contract, and not on Mallika's part. According to the contract, only 10 seconds of her performance on the stage that evening were meant to be televised. This is to say Mallika was clearly given to understand that the brief 10-second footage would be used for news clippings, etc. "When she realised that the whole show was being telecast, she simply walked out." |
 |
The crowd paid
between Rs 5,000 and Rs 9,000 to get a glimpse
of Mallika A flat 15-minute performance was all
the expectant crowd got, all through which the
Bollywood actress remained distracted and
ultimately uncoordinated with the rest of the
dance troupe. Meanwhile reports have it that
social activist Vinod Jain saw Sherawat's
performance on certain television channels on
New Year’s Eve and found it very offensive to
the Indian culture. Jain has reportedly written
to the Mumbai police, urging them to take
immediate action against Mallika for wearing
suggestive clothes and dancing in an obscene
way. |
| However,
additional Commissioner of Police Bipin Bihari
said there has been no formal complaint filed
with the police yet. “We received an
application from Jain today. We will study the
footage of the event and if the performance
attracts the concerned sections of law, the
complaint will be filed," Bihari was quoted
as saying. The drama took new turn when Mallika
demanded additional compensation from the hotel,
to the tune Rs 15 lakh - failing which she will
take the hotel to court for violating the
agreement.
All in all, the New Year revelry turned into
a rivalry between Mallika and the hotel, a
regular bashing affair. |
